| The Asian Pacific American Law Student Association’s (APALSA) purpose is to promote Asian Pacific American topics and to contribute to the multicultural awareness at the William S. Boyd School of Law. APALSA is concerned with connecting Asian Pacific American law students with other professional organizations and the Asian Pacific American community. APALSA membership is open to all interested law students and members are encouraged to become leaders and active participants in community issues.

We, the Black Law Students Association of William S. Boyd School of Law, exist for the support, guidance and direction of Black students in academic, professional and social endeavors. Our main function is to assist members in the development of their legal careers and to provide opportunities for exposure to various areas and aspects of the legal profession.
We recognize the need to act positively in the development of the Black community, to encourage cooperation and closer ties between members of the law school's Black community and to establish a vehicle through which our concerns are brought to bear on Boyd policy and the community at large.
The National Black Law Students Association (NBLSA) is a national organization designed to articulate and promote the professional needs and goals of Black law students. As the largest student run organization in the country, NBLSA encourages the development of talented, socially conscious, lawyers of tomorrow. NBLSA is compromised of six regions, representing over 6,000 members across the nation. |

| The Christian Legal Society is a national grassroots network of lawyers and law students committed to proclaiming, loving, and serving Jesus Christ through the practice of law. Guided by the Threefold Ministry Model, we engage in: Spiritual Formation: Cultivating our faith through communal prayer, fellowship, worship, and devotional study of the Bible and other Christian works; Compassionate Outreach: Showing the love of Christ by proclaiming the gospel in word and in deed, through charitable good works and community outreach; and Christian Calling: Beginning to make the law our ministry and addressing the question, "What does it mean to be a Christian in law?"

| The Criminal Law Society is an organization that brings together students interested in criminal law, providing its members the educational opportunity to learn about criminal law and the United States criminal justice system. Boyd School of Law Society of Advocates (SOA) is an honorary, co-curricular organization whose members represent the school in interscholastic advocacy competitions all over the country. It seeks to foster in its members superior written and oral advocacy, counseling and dispute resolution skills by providing inter-scholastic competition experience.
